Delivery:


Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver inside the Sydney Metropolitan postcodes within 2000- 2234

 

What is the charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery for orders over $99. Orders less than $99 incur a $19.95 delivery fee.

 

Is there a cut off time for the same day delivery?
Our cut off time for same day delivery is 12pm. Your order, and the payment, must be finalised by 12pm that day. Delivery will be made to your residence between 2pm and 5.30pm that same day (weekdays only).

 

Can I change the delivery date of my order?
Unfortunately, at this time we only offer same day dispatch. Orders places before 12pm will be dispatched the same day, Monday – Friday.

 

Can I deliver an order to a different address?
Yes, you can select a different address to the billing address at the checkout.

How is my meat delivered?
Your order will arrive via same day courier in a box lined with WoolPack and chilled with gel ice bricks. This ensures the correct temperature for the meat as it travels. The meat itself is sealed within cryovac packaging to seal in the freshness.

 

How long does my meat last?
To enjoy the meat at its best we suggest consuming as close to delivery as possible.

Sealed within the same cryovac packaging as it is delivered, your meat will last up to 7 days in the fridge. Once out of the packaging we recommend wrapping your meat in greaseproof/ baking paper and it will last 5-7 days in your fridge. You will however need to replace the greaseproof paper every 2 days.

How do I change my account details?
You’ll find the “My Account” tab on the top right-hand corner of the page. You can edit these details as often as required.

 

What if I lost my password?
If you have lost your password please use the 'Forgot Password' link on the “My Account” page.  An email will be sent to your registered email address with a link to set your new password.

 

I’m not a member, how can I sign up?
At the moment we are not accepting new members. Please keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook pages for updates.
